Hakka Chinese cuisine was born at the meeting point of traditional Chinese wok craft and bold South Asian spices. Our chefs cook over high heat in searing woks to capture authentic wok hei—the signature breath of the wok that chars, caramelizes, and seals in freshness and aroma.
